This article asks whether the ontological principles of Transcendent Philosophy can support a coherent account of voluntary action that explains both the transition from cognition to bodily realization and the action’s feedback upon the agent. The study combines conceptual analysis, argumentative reconstruction, and critical comparison with contemporary scholarship, especially studies published in Contemporary Wisdom. Existing research has separately addressed the inward form of action, the motivational function of constructed perceptions, soul–body unity, and the relation between action and agent. These contributions, however, have rarely been integrated into a single model with clearly stated limits. The article reconstructs a two-arc, five-stage model: perception of an end, practical evaluation and will, resolution and intention, bodily-external realization, and the return of effects to the agent. The first arc explains the issuance of action; the second explains feedback and self-formation. Effects are graded, ranging from immediate states to habits, stable traits, and identity-oriented changes. The contribution lies in integrating contemporary scholarship, distinguishing textual claims from interpretive reconstruction, and limiting the thesis of self-formation so that isolated actions are not treated as equally profound existential transformations.
