Abstract
Definition and explanation or interpretation of subject are one of the most important problems in the methaepistemology.
Modern philosophy (from Descartes to Kant) believes that Subject includes and contains one side simply; on the contrary, Islamic Contemporary Philosophy does not.
This papertalks about the issue that: Do Islamic Contemporary Philosophers believe that Subject is unique with no components?
Motahhary, as on of the remarkable Contemporary Islamic philosophers believes that it is not so. He believes that Subject includes three aspects such as: Epistemological, Ontological and Psychological(as philosophical psychology) aspect. Therefore nature of Subject has trinal aspects.
So there are two different viewpoints on the problem of nature or definition on Subject.
